I am Michael Gaddis. I would take a few moments to let you know about a new home listing that I had in San Marcos California. The property is located at 356 flower Hill Way in the gated community of Silvercrest. The home has 5 bedrooms for bass and 3,419 totals for key. The house is situated on a lot just a little bit over a quarter acre in size and the great thing about the house is situated on a lot is that it is towards the front of the law. So the majority of the lot is in the backyard so you have it very spacious backyard when you hear the terrible size backyard well this is full size plus backyard. Unfortunately the homeowner did not get around necessarily to doing any type landscaping or arts K sewed so you truly do have what’s called a blank slate now that might be a good or bad thing depending on what your plans would be. The house cell has five bedrooms as I mention there is one bedroom on the downstairs level and therefore upstairs also upstairs is a bonus room and the longer downstairs you have to kitchen which is upgraded with granite and which combines with the family room to create a really open concept between the family room in the kitchen.
